The Arab World is at cross-roads. Various efforts are urgently needed to help the region catch up with the rest of the world. In this lecture, a veteran Arab development expert, H. E. Abdel Latif Youssef El Hamed, Director General/Chairman of the Board of the Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development, discusses key challenges faced by the Arab region, and puts forth recommendations for reform.
